The use of acrylate with a special edge effect, facet edges on the angles which create a characteristic refraction of incident light, and the use of elementary geometrical shapes of a square and circle, make this table a very special object. Obviously, the name Cubist refers to the worldwide known Cubist art movement.

Measurements of the table: 510 x 400 x 400 mm (20.1 x 15.7 x 15.7 inch) (h x w x d). Measurements of table tops are 400 x 400 mm. Middle shelf measures 400 mm in diameter. Thickness acrylate sheets: 15 mm. (0.6 inch). Weight: approx. 9.1 kg.
The Cubist™ table is made of molded acrylate (PMMA) with the utmost care. The material may show variations in thickness by + or – 10% of the nominal thickness. This is in accordance to permitted tolerances for this material.
The components of the table are laser cut and unpolished, giving the edges a natural appearance.
Acrylate is a very strong but also breakable material and it is fairly scratch-resistant. Please be careful when using hard, heavy or sharp objects and use the Cubist™ table exclusively as (side) table.
It is a high-quality, weather-resistant, UV stable – hence non-yellowing and fully recyclable – material, suitable for durable applications and is simple and easy to maintain. For maintenance instructions see here.
Exclusively made for CONTRAVORM by PYRASIED Xtreme Acrylic ®, located in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands, Cubist™ is made of 15 mm thick acrylate sheets.
